What can make the Identifier create the wrong number of transactions?

Check the Receiver's transaction identification properties for the input file type in use. This could be either the XMLDelimiter, XPathDelimiter, or TextDelimiter based on the input file format. Note that the TextDelimiter supports only one offset and length for the transaction identifier.
